Google Analytics is an extremely sophisticated tool, essential for producing in-depth analytical reports on the results of a company's marketing operations.

Thanks to its numerous insights, this tool allows you to measure not only the key performance indicators (KPIs) of a website, but also those of mobile applications.

My involvement in using Google Analytics focuses on the careful analysis of numbers, KPIs, and return on investment (ROI). I have developed custom dashboards that allow me to monitor my ongoing operations in real time.

Google Analytics provides a wealth of crucial information to assess website performance, understand user behavior, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Google Tag Manager enables efficient and flexible tag management, providing a better understanding of user interactions with the website.

To evaluate a page's performance across various social networks, I used a handy tool that centralizes all of the company's accounts in one place. My choice is Metricool , my favorite software, because it consolidates analytics from all accounts, whether on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, or even the website and blogs. This solution simplifies management by providing a holistic view.

Performance evaluation

KPIs help assess the overall performance of a website or social media page. This includes metrics such as visitor count, engagement rate, conversion rate, and more. This data helps determine whether performance goals are being met.

Identification of strengths and weaknesses

Analyzing KPIs can help you identify which aspects of your website or page are performing well and which need improvement. For example, if your conversion rate is low, it may indicate a problem with the website's usability or purchasing process.

Optimization of marketing strategy

KPIs help measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. By understanding what works and what doesn't, marketers can adjust their strategy to maximize results.

Data-driven decision making

KPI data provides an objective basis for decision-making. Rather than relying solely on hunches or assumptions, decisions can be supported by real data.

Comparison with the competition

By monitoring the KPIs of competing sites or similar pages on social networks, one can assess one's own performance compared to that of other market players.

IN BRIEF

KPI analysis is crucial for evaluating, improving and optimizing the performance of a website or social media page, while making informed strategic decisions based on concrete data.
